Story:

This necklace is my favorite and the last item my partner gave me before we traveled to different countries. She made it herself, customizing it for me. Two weeks after she gave it to me, we left the country, not knowing it would be for good. She was evacuated to Poland, and I went to Istanbul.

I wear it everywhere I go—it’s a little piece of someone I love and a reminder of the last time I saw her. It holds so much meaning, reminding me to cherish every moment because you never know when it will be the last. This small object matters more than anything big because it’s tied to someone and a moment I can never forget.
